I have been obsessed here lately with trying to recreate the Mongolian stir fry that we used to get when we lived in Chattanooga, TN. My husband and I fell in love with a place called Chaos Mongolian on East Brainerd Rd. We would meet there for lunch during our work days and it was ssssoooooo good!. I always got chicken, steak, and eggs in mine with steamed rice and teriyaki sauce. Then I would top it off with their white sauce. They were so generous with their portions too that I had enough for 2 more meals when I took it home in a box. I scoured the internet for the perfect recipe and this is the one I found that was the best.
