If you have a problem with our order please contact me immediately.  Life happens and I understand that so I will do my best to make sure you are happy with your order.  I stand by all of my products and only want to offer the best quality to my customers.

Items that are ready to ship will be sent out within 1-2 business days.  Custom or personalized orders will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of the purchase date.  All of my products are 100% handmade by me and they take time to complete so I appreciate your patience.  If for some reason your order will take longer than the normal turn around time I will notify you as soon as possible.  If your order is time sensitive and you need it by a certain date please contact me before placing your order so that I can make sure I have room on my schedule to accommodate your needs.

Refunds and Returns
I will accept returns if the product is shipped back within 5 business days of receiving it.  The product must be in the same condition that it arrived in when returned.  Shipping costs will be covered by the customer and will not be my responsibility.  Your refund will be processed once I have received and examined the product.  Personalized and custom orders will only be eligible for a 50% refund to cover the cost of materials used since the item cannot be resold to recoup costs.  I appreciate your understanding.

Digital Products
NO refunds will be given for digital items such as pdf patterns.  Once they are downloaded they cannot be returned so I will not refund those purchases.  If you have a problem with a digital item please contact me and I will do the best I can to resolve your issue so that you are happy with your purchase.
