I don’t know about you but I spend a ton of time browsing Pinterest.
I’m always on the hunt for new crochet patterns, recipes, DIY ideas and anything that brings that wonderful spark of inspiration!
Some of the projects I find on Pinterest are really incredible and totally share-worthy!
In order to help those crafty mamas get more views, I will be picking 10 pins every month that I believe are the most share-worthy and featuring them in a post on my blog.
This is the first post in the new series! Keep reading to see which pins made my list!
Love these pins? Make sure to repin this post so you can find it again!

Pinterest Pick #10 – Free Printable Recipe Cards
I love sharing my recipes online but these cute little cards give me plenty of gift ideas.
The first one that came to mind was pairing one of these cards with the handmade hot cocoa mix in a mason jar.
You could write the recipe for the mix and instructions on the back.
If it was me I would hole punch the corner and tie it to the jar with ribbon.
I think it would be a cute gift for teachers or co-workers.
Pinterest Pick #9 – How To Avoid Pinterest Jail
I’ve been using Pinterest as a crafter for awhile now but I didn’t really start using it heavily until recently.
I know it can be a great source of traffic for my blog so I’ve been reading up on advice and tips from other bloggers on how to make the most of Pinterest.
If you use Pinterest at all, and I’m sure you do, then this one is worth a read!
Pinterest Pick #8 – DIY Reusable Dryer Sheets
These DIY Reusable Dryer Sheets just make my frugal heart swoon! I have been dying to do more with essential oils and this looks like the perfect project for me to try!
I recently made some sugar scrub by mixing grapefruit and peppermint and it was sssssooooo perfect!
I know it sounds like a weird combination but I honestly love it.
I still have some essential oils left from that and the idea of making my clothes and towels smell like my favorite scent combo is so enticing!
Pinterest Pick #7 – Dragonfly Bandana Cowl
This is a pattern that I am currently making for another post coming soon to my blog.
I will be making a triangle shawl using this pattern and sharing the results.
I have an idea for another pattern based off of this one that I am going to start too.

Pinterest Pick #6 – 3 Ingredient Homemade Dish Tablets
I am always looking for ways to cut costs on groceries and house supplies.
I have never thought about making my own dish detergent tablets though.
I stumbled across this pin and I really want to try it.
Next time we go grocery shopping I am going to get the stuff to try this and see how it works.
It looks pretty easy to make and if it actually works then I will love being able to make my own.
Since I started crafting I have really enjoyed how much better handmade products are than the store-bought stuff.
The quality and cost are just unmatched.
Pinterest Pick #5 – Mason Jar Herb Garden
I am not a gardener at all but I wish I was. My mom always planted a garden every summer and she would let me help when I was little.
I would pull weeds and pick the vegetables for her. I never did learn enough that I could start my own garden though.
Now that I’m older I really want to so I’ve been pinning everything I find that looks like something a beginner could try. This is my favorite idea I’ve seen so far.
I love repurposing the mason jars I get from the grocery store and this looks like a great way to make use of some of them and get some experience with caring for plants.
Pinterest Pick #4 – Gummy Bear Shower Jelly Soaps
Doesn’t this just look like a great project for the kids!? My oldest, Jaden, loves bath bombs and I think this would be a great project for us to make together.
He is really creative, like his mama :-), and we do projects together a lot.
If we end up doing this one I’ll make sure to share it on my blog so you can see the results.
Pinterest Pick #3 – Crate Bookshelf
I have been working on sprucing up my house lately and finding new ways to organize all the clutter. When you have kids and you craft the clutter is endless.
You know! I came across these cute bookshelves made from crates and I seriously love this idea.
I’m thinking of getting the crates from Walmart and making some a few of these bookshelves for my kids’ books and for toy storage.
Pinterest Pick #2 – Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
These Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins sure are a mouthful but don’t they just look sssssooooo yummy!!!?
I’m actually going to be making this recipe soon but I’m going to make a cake instead of muffins.
I’ll be posting the results on my blog so make sure to subscribe to my newsletter so you don’t miss it.
Pinterest Pick #1 – Parker the Polar Bear
If you have been following me then it comes as no surprise that a One and Two Company Pattern made my list.
I even have some Bernat Blanket Tiny in white that would be perfect for it.
Parker the Polar Bear is February’s new pattern and the CAL (crochet-a-long) for this month.
Carolina releases a new pattern once a month and offers a coupon code for 40% off if you get the pattern within the first 24 hours.
When you make the project and post a picture in the group before the month is over you also get entered into a giveaway for a free pattern.
If you haven’t seen any of her patterns before then you really have to join her group and check her out.
The majority of what she designs is amigurumi but she does have some other things too.
Don’t forget to pin it so you can try these out later!
